Terms and Conditions

A. Timeline: 14–21 working days

B. Above-the-Line Projects (Not Undertaken): Complex enterprise-level systems (RM5,000–RM15,000+)

C. PA Solutions-Level Projects (Our Focus): 5-page structured websites (RM1,500–RM3,000)

D. Initial Fee Structure: Includes 1 x domain name (.com, .org etc.), hosting, website design, layout, structure and 12 months basic maintenance. Content creation, content editing, monthly updates, etc. will be billed separately. Subsequent year, renewal fees apply for domain name, hosting and support.

E. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide written expectations, content, branding materials, and documentation.

F. Proposal Discretion: PA Solutions may present concepts, layouts, and design frameworks.

G. Safeguards: PA Solutions may decline projects, timelines depend on client response, and scope changes affect delivery.
